    What is included in rent?

    Rental rates for traditional unfurnished rentals include trash & recycling, CenturyLink basic internet service and bike storage. The resident is responsible for TV services.


    Reference individual listings for all-inclusive 30+ day rental rates.


    There is a $25 per person monthly fee for water/sewer. Electric services are metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident.

  • Pet Policy

    Are you pet friendly?

    Yes, cats & dogs are allowed on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. 


    Do you have any breed restrictions?

    There are no specific breed restrictions. A written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer is required stating your pet’s temperament is well-suited for an apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet. 


    Do you require an additional deposit for pet-residents?

    There is a $50 per pet monthly fee.


    Do you limit the number of pets per unit?

    The maximum number of pets allowed in a single unit is two.

    What parking is available?


    Urbane424 is conveniently located next to a Public Parking Ramp. The City of Burlington offers free parking after 5:00 pm and on weekends in all unassigned public parking stalls. If you would like to secure a 24/7 assigned parking stall in Lot 5 (Corner of 3rd Street & Washington Street), please contact the City of Burlington by emailing Annette Crowner at crownera@burlingtoniowa.org or call 319-753-8159.

  • Reserving a Unit

    Do you require Renter’s Insurance?

    Residents will be automatically enrolled in a Property Damage Liability Waiver Program for $14 per month unless they take steps to opt out by providing their own coverage. Personal Property Insurance and Liability insurance with a minimum policy coverage of $100,000 is required. 


    Do you offer furnished apartments?

    We have a limited number of Murphy Bed + Wardrobe Combo. Please contact the property manager for availability. 


    Do you have an elevator?

    The elevator is located in the residential lobby. It provides access to each residential floor.


    Is the building secure?

    Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked with the tenant key fob.
